
Hi, I’m Monserrat — welcome to M Yoga.
I am a Mexican soul who found a second home in Switzerland.
Yoga became my anchor — a way to soften, to breathe, and to come back home to myself.
What started as a personal journey became something I felt deeply called to share.
Today, I teach with presence and intention, creating a space that feels calm, safe, and real.
Based in Gossau ZH, I would love to share this practice within my local community.
My classes are open to everyone — whether you are just beginning or returning to yourself.
Although I speak German and Spanish, English has become my yoga language — allowing me to create an inclusive space where everyone can feel welcome.
This practice transformed me, and I share it with all my heart.
M Yoga is an invitation to slow down and move with intention — together.
Through steady guidance and a nurturing atmosphere, you are encouraged to listen inward, honor your own rhythm, and simply be.
Here, you will find your space to reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and cultivate inner balance.

With mindful movement and conscious breathing, yoga becomes a source of joy and inner peace — supporting balance, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Through steady guidance and a nurturing atmosphere, you are encouraged to listen inward, honor your own rhythm, and simply be.
Rooted in traditional yoga, the practice at M Yoga is approached with respect, simplicity, and care always gentle and accessible.
At M Yoga, the practice is also inspired by Karma Yoga — the yoga of giving and receiving.
We believe that yoga extends beyond the mat and into the way we relate to the world.
For this reason, each quarter a part of M Yoga’s earnings is donated to an organization that support children with cancer in Mexico and a girls' orphanage in India, as a small but heartfelt way of giving back and sharing the benefits of yoga beyond the mat.

Classes at M Yoga are rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga and offer a mindful, grounding practice designed to support both body and mind. Movement is guided with care and intention, allowing space to slow down, reconnect, and build a steady, sustainable practice.
Hatha Yoga Flow blends classic asanas with gentle transitions and conscious breathing. Each class invites awareness rather than performance, creating a calm and supportive environment where strength, flexibility, and inner balance can develop naturally.
